Advanced Obedience

Advanced obedience classes after Beginning Obedience are available for members only. Members do not have to preregister for classes, they may simply show up on the first night of class and sign up on the instructor's roster.

The current training schedule is available by clicking on class schedule. Members may also refer to the calendar in the handbook for session starting dates and to the training bulletin board at the club for specific classes and times. In general, on Monday we hold agility and puppy classes, on Tuesday we hold obedience classes, on Wednesday we hold agility and obedience classes and on Thursday we hold obedience classes. In addition, the buildings are often open for individual training on non-training nights. The calendar located in the Member's Section under Training Calendar, and on the bulletin boards at the club reflects these dates and times.

Below is a short description of the goals of each of the advanced obedience classes. A full description can be found in the Handbook. Members can also contact the Director of Training or an Assistant Director of Training if they need help selecting an appropriate class for their dog.
